When are the association dues due and how should I pay?
HOA dues are due on the first of the month and can be paid online, by visiting the C-PropertyPay website.
What day do they pick up garbage?
Applegate’s trash pick-up is on Thursdays unless there is a holiday during the week, then it moves to Friday.
All garbage MUST be in plastic bags. Trash can ONLY be put out after 4 pm on Wednesdays for Thursday pick-up or after 4 pm on Thursdays for Friday pick-up (holiday weeks only). We continue to have a problem with trash being put out earlier than allowed.
Is recycling picked up with garbage?
No, recycling is not picked up with garbage. Novi’s recycling center, located on 26330 Lee BeGole Drive, is open 24 hours.
Paper shredding is avail on the first Saturday of each month from 9 am to noon at Corrigan Record Storage located at 45200 Grand River Ave, Novi. Click for more information.

I would like to make some home improvements, what do I need to do?
All modifications must adhere to the Architectural Policy, (click to read) information and parameters for doors, windows, and approved paint colors. All outside changes, including windows, doors, landscaping, etc. MUST be submitted to and approved by the board. Click here to complete the online alteration/modification form.
I am thinking of selling my condo. What do I need to do?
RTI Property Management must be notified via email prior to listing your unit for sale.
I am thinking of renting my condo. What do I need to do?
You must have approval from the RTI Property Management and the Board prior to authorization. Violators will be subject to a lien on their unit and renters will be forced to vacate the promise.
RTI Property Management must have a copy of all leases on file. If a lease is not filed, homeowners will be fined and tenants will be evicted. Click here to view and download the approved Applegate lease form.
Who do I contact if I have a work order?
For work order requests, RTI Property Management at 810-991-1235 Monday-Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. In the event of an after-hours emergency, call 810-972-2220 and leave your phone number after the tone for a callback.
Who do I contact if I have an issue with ants or bugs?
For ant and bug control (other than mice), contact Ehrlich Pest Control at 888-479-5900 and reference our COMMERCIAL account number –1527018. For mice issues, contract RTI Property Management at 810-991-1235.
Where can I find the master deed and bylaws?
Homeowners are provided a copy of the master deed and bylaws after closing. You can also view them by clicking here.
